These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any related communication or transactions.

By booking or requesting services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document.

Service Booking and Payment

Booking a Service
To request our services, customers must provide accurate information regarding their location, service type, and preferences. Bookings may be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.

Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other methods specified during the booking process.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling under 24 hours of the service will incur a fee equal to $100.
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled time of service, Alba Pro Services, LLC reserves the right to charge for the time and expenses incurred.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will re-service the area at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied after a re-service, a refund may be issued based on our discretion and the specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services, Alba Pro Services, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage to pre-existing issues, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions
Structural integrity of surfaces or materials
Pre-existing wear and tear

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alba Pro Services, LLC, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your property or the services provided, except where caused by our negligence.

Termination of Services

Alba Pro Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if the customer acts in a manner that poses a risk to the safety or quality of the service.
