If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will work to address your concerns, including:

Re-inspecting the work and, if necessary, redoing the service at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $100 to cover lost time and scheduling.
3. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service has been completed to your satisfaction (as confirmed verbally or in writing), no refunds will be issued.
4. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
If a service is delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control.
5. Non-Refundable Deposits
For large projects requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable once the project is scheduled.
